Sales conditions

These Terms and Conditions are valid on all items offered on the Mon-Chique webshop and each purchase that the customer places on it. Mon-Chic delivers nationally and internationally to the Netherlands, France, Germany and Italy. To purchase on our webshop, the customer must be at least 18 years old. If not, you must have the permission of a legal guardian. All contents of the webshop (the logo, brand name, texts, photos and products) are protected by intellectual property rights and are not intended for copying, reproduction or reselling without our prior and explicit written consent.

Orders and payments

An order is complete and definitive as soon as you receive a confirmation and we have received your payment transaction with credit or debit card approval from the issuer of your card. We only accept payments via credit or debit card. In case of late payment by the customer or problems with payments of previous orders, Mon-Chic can take legal action.

If a good is no longer in stock, you will be informed by email about the later delivery date. If the good can no longer be delivered, we immediately refund the amount of the purchase to the account number with which the order was completed.

The prices of the goods are offered including VAT to avoid confusion. When placing the order, the fixed shipping cost will be charged. These vary per country.

Mon-Chique can in no way be held responsible for mistakes the customer has made when entering the delivery and / or billing address or for delays in delivery due to problems at the distributor.

Of course we hope not but if you have any complaints about our webshop, you may contact us via contact@mon-chique.com. We will try and fix them as soon as possible.

Competent court

Belgian law applies, with the exception of the provisions of private international law with regard to applicable law and with the Rome-I regulation on international purchase agreements concerning movable property. In case of any disputes, only the courts in Ghent are competent.

Returns

When you place an order with Mon-Chique you have no right to return if there is no damage to the product. Only for damage you have 14 days after delivery of the package, the time to contact us by email. In the email you describe the damage to the item(s) including a photo of it. You keep the original packaging and label on the good.

If you receive confirmation by email, you can return it together with the completed return form. The costs of returning are for your own account. When Mon-Chique has received the package, you will receive a new piece immediately. You will not have to reimburse these costs.

Gift certificates can not be returned nor be paid out. They can only be used for online payment of goods on mon-chique.com. A gift certificate is valid until 1 year after purchase and can only be used once.

Goods

We guarantee that our goods, offered on the webshop, on the basis of photos meet the normal expectations that you may have. All items are intended for normal private use only.

Limited liability

Mon-Chique is in no way liable for viruses or damage to your telecommunication equipment or other property as a result of visiting or using our webshop.

Reservation of ownership

The delivered items remain the exclusive property of Mon-Chique until the time of full payment by the customer.

The risk of loss or damage, however, passes to the customer from the delivery. The customer undertakes, if necessary, to inform third parties of Mon-Chique's retention of title, for example to anyone who seized the not yet paid items.

The data is stored in our customer base and is only used with permission to keep the customer up-to-date with the latest news and actions. When ordering, your address will be passed on to the distributor to send your package. After you have placed an order, we use your personal information to process the order and contact you in case of any problems. Afterwards we can also contact you by mail to ask for your satisfaction.
